My classes are suitable for beginners as I demonstrate different levels within a class. Bring a mat if you have one, if not there are some spare you can borrow. Wear loose comfortable clothing you can stretch in. Layers are good. Bare feet are encouraged. You can bring a blanket for relaxation.
Car parking is available at both locations.
Hatha Yoga classes combine asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), mudras (hand gestures) mindfulness (keeping your mind in the present moment), relaxation and meditation. Sometimes props, ties or blocks are used which are provided, or you can bring your own. Classes have a weekly theme. eg eight limbs of Yoga. Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Emphasis is on conscious breathing and listening to your own body so you can adapt accordingly. There is no pressure or competition to get into any yoga pose.
I always look forward to Natalie's Yoga Classes & always know when I'm there I'll have fun but I can stretch my self personally in my practice as much or as little as I like for how I feel that day. I listen intently to Natalie's mindfulness & relaxing words .... the class is wonderful ... Strong yet relaxing
Love every minute of Natalie's classes, what an amazing lady!! . . . the room is a perfect, Zen zone and as always, I came out of the class feeling stronger inside and out, soooo relaxed!
Went to her class for the first time last night there was a good turn out no wonder I really enjoyed it is for all levels. She showed me an exersise to do to help with my ibs so will be trying it. I will definately be going back next week
