About
Natalie first started practicing Yoga in her early 20s when she worked as a professional dancer. After hanging up her dancing shoes she successfully taught and ran her own fitness classes and trained aspiring fitness teachers on the RSA ETM course. After twenty years of teaching fitness classes she decided to take the plunge and do her yoga teacher training: completing the British Wheel of Yoga foundation course and then the BWY 500 hour Diploma Teacher training course. Her training is still ongoing as she regularly attends classes, workshops, conventions, retreats and recently visited India. Natalie has trained with these recognised teachers - Angela Sykes, Esther Ekhart, Liz Lark, Eyal Chenhanowski, Leslie Dyke, Mark Freeth, Fabiano Culora, Jane Craggs, Louise Tanner, and Bill Wood.
‘I’m so pleased to have come back to yoga after years of jumping about as a Fitness instructor. Yoga is for everyone no matter what age. There's a saying in yoga "You are as young as your spine". Yoga makes your life better; It mobilises your joints, strengthens muscles and bones, it improves your mind and the way you think. I LOVE IT’ - Nat
